When deciding or trying to spec in cable ties for applications exposed to chemicals it is important to know the base compound to ensure you get the right product for your needs. This will help determine which cable tie will hold best to the exposed area because different Nylons and polymers will react differently when exposed. While there are many Nylon 6/6 and specialty polymer options available, we also offer our full line of 316 stainless steel and also offer them with a black Polyester coating for electrical applications.
